Our studio was tasked with creating the consumer products style guides for the Super Mario Galaxy Movie, building a system that could flex across everything from home goods to merchandise. We leaned into the bold, galaxy-inspired visuals and character-driven moments to differentiate the film from the game IP and stay true to Illumination and Nintendo’s vision. The work went on to influence packaging, marketing, and retail, guides, and rolled into custom collabs with companies like Gap and Uniqlo.
